The Buffalo stout is a high fermentation beer produced by the brewery Van Den Bossche, Belgium.
First brewed at the request of an importer in the United States who wanted to present it as "something special" in the summer, it's a pretty dry and roasted beer and a good compromise between the brown ale and stout.
